HOSPEDIUM PRINCESS HOTEL PANAMA, Panama City – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel offered a convenient location close to restaurants and shopping, but the rooms had issues like damp smells and lack of hot water. However, after they switched our room, it was better. Unfortunately, no refrigerators were available.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were very big and very clean but lacking some essentials like a fridge and safe. However, the musty smell and water leak from the air conditioning were major drawbacks. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing a city bus pass. The location was convenient for exploring the city, being close to restaurants and attractions. The dining options were hit or miss, with some good breakfast choices but overpriced items. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.

The service was a highlight with staff being extremely helpful and kind, although I noticed some dismissive behavior possibly due to our backpacks not being their usual clientele. The location was just perfect for my needs, being close to the World Trade Center and New York Plaza, but I was not impressed with the dining options being overpriced for what was offered.
